“Highland Hot and Cold has grown from a love of nature, adventure and hot and cold therapy into a part-time family-run business. We aim to widen sauna accessibility and spread the word about its health benefits through community saunas and the hire of wood-fired sauna tents and ice pods. People are dealing with more stress in their daily lives and are turning to therapies that can help them deal with the modern world. We are lucky in the Highlands that we have some spectacular scenery, beautiful beaches and lochs that can connect us to nature and improve our health and wellbeing. We aim to help Individuals and communities to connect with and enjoy nature wherever they live.”
